when i make a server it is lan and wont change even if i port forward

so i live in the UK and im trying to make a gmod server. When i port forwarded it i started a server and it still appears to be lan. This has not happened on any recent games Ive been playing. im not sure about tf2 but blockland and some other games servers are working. i dont know how to fix this and its just pissing me off. i have a friend who also has the same problem. thank you for reading

Firstly make sure you have port forwarded correctly. If you have then go to your server.cfg and set Lan to 0.

ive done this and it still doesnt work
