WEIRD PROP BOG OR ACCIDENTLY DELETED FILE??? HELP!

I have recently been loving Gmod. This is about the second week i have been playing it. Everything was going fine until one day i tried to put own a prop and it turned bright green. It was a really weird texture/material. I tried going to materials then i right clicked and it went away! So i tried putting another prop down just to make sure it would work and it didnt:(. I would have to right click with the material gun every time i put a prop down:( WHY is this happening!?

You've already tried re-installing? Posting System Specs and what addons you have installed helps. A lot.
