Can't open TF2 content.

I have TF2 installed, yet i can't open up the game's content.

Things i tried before posting here:
Defragged TF2
Verified Gmod's game cache
Clean installed gmod
Unsubscribed from any addon that was installed

And i dunno if this helps, but here's a screenshot of the error i get in the console
