Rp_evocity_v33x can't see lake water

[Zaddion]

I cannot see the lake water, it looks like a crater and when I go in the water all I see is white. I was told to remount Hl2 Ep2 so I unchecked and rechecked it and restarted gmod multiple times to try to fix it. If someone could give me instructions how to remount it correctly if I did it wrong please do. Thank you
