All entities & props turning invisible on a server

Hi,

I've been having this issue for a while now - randomly, all entities and props will turn invisible on the server and the only way to get it back is to connect or type retry into the console. Is this a known bug and are there any known fixes for it?

happens to me somtimes too. I noticed it does this when people spam fireworks. If it is invisible to you, it is to everyone else as well.
