Looking for LUA Coder to fix a few bugs.

Greetings everyone,

I have a working PERP 3 setup that has a few bugs that need to be fixed up. I was hoping to find a LUA coder that I would be able to hire to get it fixed.

Things that need to be fixed:
The Sky and Weather on rp_evocity_v33x - The sky is Black and the weather will not change
Unable to see yourself inside of a car while driving in third person.
Few items are broken. - When dropped you are unable to pick back up or move with p.gun. (Glock, AK47, MP5, Growing Pots, Saw Horse, Growing drugs [all], few others)
When firing a weapon, game doesn't track bullets or have to reload. - You can shoot forever.
When dropping a item to sell the game buggs out - textures go missing
