Whenever I try to download any models, skins, etc it tells me I need to log in through steam, I enter my log in info and it takes me to a screen that says "Logging in..." and I could sit there for hours and nothing happens, any ideas?

This is a bug, you have to try again later, nothing you can do for now, I am afraid, but it will work itself out with time.
Try logging in at [url]https://steamcommunity.com/[/url] then going to garrysmod.org.
