Can't move, and no Use key

I just got on GMod today, and found that my use key doesn't work unless I type +use into the console. Whenever I pick something up with the Phys gun I can't move, and the WASD keys make it come closer, and turn it.

It seems if I press Esc on a usable object it pauses the game, and when I press Esc again it unpauses and "uses" the object

On the way to re-install I thought, "Let's try this again" so I booted up GMod and it worked fine...

Press ESC> Options> Keyboard> Use Default Keys. If that doesn't work, try to re-install the game.

I tried the first one, didnt work, but where do I put my addons and crap?

Just move them into a different folder. Well actually, it might be an addon causing the problem.
