First to say i have original gmod, and today when i tried to launch it it said NO STEAM APPS!

Restart steam
Make sure you have launched at least one of the source games you have installed (like CS:S). (Portal 2, TF2, and Demos do not count)
i have valve pack and i already restart Steam, and when I play Garrys Mod its say something like no steam apps...
Re-install?
Try launching CS:S or TF2 or another source game, exit out, then relaunch Gmod. If that doesn't work, right click on Garry's Mod > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache.
