L4D2 Extension problem

After I uninstalled it, GMOD wont run at all. I want to know if theres a way to change or reset game extensons to defalt without runnign the game.

EDIT:I localized the problem. GMOD Blue Loading Bar isnt getting past the test_collision.pcf file. Still no answers
