But how would you make it so it said something like "Your last visit was on DATEANDTIMEHERE"?

No need to bump whatsoever, especially 3 times in 24 hours. Wait for maybe a week to bump. To do that you would need to use SQL to store the player's last visit, and retrieve it again when he rejoins. Its no 20 second script. But it is possible and relatively simple if you know what you are doing. Your best bet is to ask in the Lua Requests section.

What you're asking for is probably related more to messing with HTML, not really related to garry's mod.
Go ask the programming forum.
You need to use a php frontend for that.
You'll receive the 64bit steam id from the player, you can then use mysql to see when the last join was.
OR you use javascript and cookies.
