I have been running a TTT dedicated server for quite some time now and one day I entered the server and I used the Jihad bomb. A few seconds after the blast the SRCDS.exe Has stopped working window appears. It also happens randomly even if the Jihad was not in use. Here's a screen shot. Any advise would be great.

Looks like that 'Bad SetLocalAngularVelocity on car1' could be an issue.
