How to make a redirect path so my server launches a map from addons?

I have a map that I had to put in the addons folder instead of the maps and materials folder, I need to know how to make a direct path using bat so it launches the map from there.

set runcmd=C:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +map gm_flatgrass +maxplayers 32 -autoupdate server.cfg File -port 27015

This is the server launcher... how do I tell it where the map is?

You can't, just copy and paste the map.
