Garry's Mod Tools Stopped Working.

Hey, i've had Garry's Mod for a while now and i used to be able to use certain tools until recently, the tools i can and can't use are listed below:

Still Works:
-Motion Blur
-Overlay
-Color Mod
-Sharpen
-Sobel

Stopped Working:
-Bloom
-Morph
-Simple DoF
-Sun Beams

The Bloom and Simple DoF are the ones i would like to use again.

I don't know if these have stopped working for everyone because of a certain update or not but i've seen that some people still have some of the listed tools still working.

When i check the Box to turn it on and slide the bars left to right, nothing happens.

What addons do you have installed?

What map[s] are you testing this on?

Have you tried reinstalling Gmod?

Oh, i thought this was the right place for it,

but all addons i have are just ragdolls,

It does this for every stage even the default Gm_Flatgrass and Gm_Construct

And yes i have reinstalled gmod.
