Any way somebody could update a SWEP pack for gmod 13?

Zoey's BTB weapons pack. I have the original folder. But since Gmod 13 it was broken and I highly doubt it will ever be fixed. This swep pack was my all time favorite and if someone could help me out I would much appreciate it :)
