Can't Spawn Admin Restricted things in single player

i went to mess around with the fog editor only to find that it became an admin restricted item with the little shield in the corner

the problem, is that even though i was in single player i couldn't spawn it because of that, almost as if i wasn't the admin of my own single player server

Same happened with all my admin restricted item

how do i make myself an admin in single player?
or, how do i fix this error all-together?

Odd, it could be an addon, what addons do you have installed?
