Help with LUA Scripting Please (GARRY'S MOD/Trouble in Terrorist Town)

I'm currently in the process of making a trouble in terrorist town server of garry's mod, yet I only know how to add guns embedded in game cache to the game, can someone tell me how to add a stool/swep so that a detective can buy it? I'm currently trying to use the spiderman gun, yet the farthest I've gotten was the gun shooting the ropes, yet no pulling happens, and the screen gets flooded with errors.
