So I installed mad cows sweps, and it failed epicly. Everything was wrong. Then I installed the fix. It works fine now, EXCEPT the bullet penetration and the richoche.
Its not that they dont work, its just the no effects are rendered. The Bullet path only shows for OTHER people. And the penetrated bullet holes also show for others.
How can I fix this?
BTW im not asking for you to rewrite mad cows or anything, Just tell me what to do and I can do it myself.

You can't fix this. I've seen several servers having this, including the one I played the most.
They had Mad Cows, with Bullet penetration enabled, back in the days.
If you wanted to see if you could shoot through a thing, you had to ask someone. I guess you just have to deal with it.
You should put this in Requests, in the lua section.
