Weapon selection hud at top of screen not showing up when I switch weapons?

For awhile now, when you switch weapons, the weapon selection menu at the top of the screen hasn't been showing up. I have even re-installed Gmod. Whats wrong? This is missing when I switch weapons: [T]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/images/c/c3/HudWeaponSelection.png[/T]

I don't know much about troubleshooting, but check your addons for anything that interferes with the HUD.
