Steam beta must be running to make use to find servers

Please could someone help me with this error

As you probably know I have another forum saying the steam beta and people tried to help me so i listened and now i get this error[IMG]http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/8793/27864508.jpg[/IMG] I have tried everything rebooted my pc run as admin disable firewall reinstalled countless times so please help!

Try restarting your router, that helped me when I had that error.
