So i want to create a serious RP server but i dont know if i should use Nutscript or Clockwork. I need to be able to modify the schemas with custom roles too. Also money is not concerning me, only the framework quality.

Nutscript. Free, easy schema. I'm not going to talk bad about Clockwork in here because I know Conna lurks around here and promotes his gamemode every chance he gets, but I highly recommend Nutscript.
I`d go for Nutscript. Same quality + it`s free.
