Well i was playing gmod just messing around when it suddenly exited out i tried to start up gmod again But i couldnt get to the loading screen it went black and it said "Failed to create d3d devic" Is Gmod down or something or is it me?

You're not helpful.
Anyway, OP, you should probably try re-starting Steam and your computer, to see if it helps. If it doesn't try updating your video drivers.
