Hello there! On GMOD 13, I currently can play the game with high and medium settings, I get 5-14 FPS with this, but even though I put the game to the lowest settings, I still get the same result, 5-14 FPS. I do not know what is the problem. Help?
My Processor is a Intel Core i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHZ , my computer is a Sony VAIO SVF15A16CXB, and I run on windows 8.1
what's your video card?
Also try updating your video card's driver (if possible)
Make sure your fancy laptop uses its primary video card, not the power saving one. Check your power options and your video card options.

Thank you very much! My school self set the power options to low, so I put mines to the highest performance and now I get 58+ FPS.
