Want to get rid of some models, they don't appear in gmod folder

also when I delete their spawnlists in-game and press save, in the next game I load they are still there

Sorry for not being more specific, the forum glitched out when I edited and deleted the whole paragraph I wrote. I'm trying to get rid of the build models like Rails and Rollercoasters, Sliders, Transportation, Gears and something else.
