So the other day, a lot of people including myself were playing on a TTT server where there was nothing wrong until the server changed maps and when people began to load in they noticed this:

We found that the everyone was still able to play but as the default player model as well as the fact that ULX wasn't working at all plus the time and points were reset.
We also noticed that the round would not start but you were still able to kill others and lose heal but once you died your player model just stood were you died and you were forced in spectator and couldn't play again unless you rejoined.
When you left the server your player model was still there where you died at.
This is what showed in console every 5 seconds or so:
C_ServerRagdoll::InitModel: models/player.mdl missing vcollide data
The Owner attempted to restart the server to fix the issue with no prevail, also from what I was told the server's addons folder was deleted but everything was cleared up the next day but I really wanted to know what could have caused this.
P.S. I believe it might have had something to do with the pointshop also some are speculating that someone could have found a pointshop exploit? But how could they have been able to delete the addons folder?
I remember someone talking about a Pointshop exploit a while ago; probably because of insecure netmessages. What addons did you have?

I believe there was nothing fairly new added other than some pointshop stuff such as player models and hats.
Also it seems to have happened yet again
