Gmod 9 Error? NEED HELP!

Today i am gonna play Gmod 9 in steam but i get a error when go to some server and play. Facewan server is works but anothers server is not work.

I NEED HELP!

So if you want look for my pc specs and there is my pc specs:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit, x86)
RAM: 2gb
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93 GHz 2.93 GHz
Windows is Register of Genuine?: Yes

It works fine, you just need to open gameinfo.txt and change 'SteamAppId' to '215'
