Nobody on my server can see other people's sprays. I didn't realize this until today because everyone can see their own.
I have
sv_allowupload 1
and
sv_pure 1
but people still can't see it.
does anyone know how I enable sprays?
I also tried adding
cl_playerspraydisable 0
r_decals 255
cl_allowdownload 1
sv_pure 1? why?
I read on a thread that sv_pure 1 forces sprays to work.
I was just trying to do everything I could before making a thread

What type of gamemode are you using it for
You need sv_allowupload 1 not sv_allowdownload
