Garry's Mod stops loading at Particles/ Test_Collision

After having both L4D's gifted and added to Garry's Mod I now get stuck at Particles/Test_Collision and I let it sit for a little but with no luck.

Both L4D's are not fully installed if that could be the issue.

I would love to have some help.
