How do you play saves downloaded from the Workshop?

I'm kind of stumped here. If you try to load a save directly through the save menu, nothing happens. If you download a save from the workshop, it doesn't seem to go anywhere, except for the add-ons folder where you can only interact with it by uninstalling it.

I'm probably missing something really obvious here, but any help is appreciated.

If your on the map, it should load automatically. It won't change levels or refresh maps. If you getting from workshop, I believe you can just drag into saves folder which is in the garrysmod/saves

Where do the save files from the workshop download into though? It doesn't seem to be in the addons or saves folder.
