trouble with launching Garry's Mod

I just got a gift of the Garry's mod and Counter Strike Source Bundle. When i first played Garry's mod it worked, I didn't join a server though. Then a couple minutes later i decided to play. When i launched it it said "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." Why does it say this? Please help as soon as possible because I really want to play Garry's mod.

Also i have Half-life 2 and i have tried validating my game cache files.

I get this a lot, just restart steam.

Also I deleted the local files so i could reinstall it but whenever I try to reinstall it, it says the steam servers are busy

If the problem is the same as mine, simply logging out of steam then back in should sort it.

Oh I already tried that. Seems like all of my VALVe games are not working :(

Deleting Clientregistry.blob will do it.

My problem is fixed now. I ended up just repairing my files. I did this by installing steam and picking repair files. Thanks for the help anyway
