I'm stuck on 'Loading Resources', for whatever map I play. Singleplayer/multiple, both fails. This is a fresh install of the game.

8GB RAM
Radeon HD 5850
Windows 7 64 bit home premium
It's also not responding on task manager either.
I have Team Fortress 2 installed, but not other source games. I can play TF2 fine.
