Make messages automatically appear every 2 minutes or so

I have a server and i want a message to appear like every 2 minutes or something. How do i do that? Is it a code or what? Can i do it with ulx admin mod?

Yes, ULX has the feature built-in. Settings -> Server -> ULX Adverts -> Profit!!!

I went into gmod/data/ulx/adverts and put the code in and it doesnt work

Do it in-game. Open the ULX menu and go to settings and you'll see an adverts tab.
