I've been trying to configure a dedicated server for a few hours, and I ran into an error that I can't find a solution to.

I'm running the server software on an old XPS with an Intel Core2Duo and 4GB RAM, using Windows Server 2008 SP1 x64.
I am confident that nothing is wrong with the port forwarding, by the way.
