Need help hexing :(

I've recently made a personal skin, and need some help hexing. I've tried hexing, I've done sooo many tutorials, etc. And it always either comes out as a missing texture (invisible) or it crashes the game when I spawn it. So if anyone could hex it, I would appreciate it. I did not make the skin for releasing purposes, I made it for a video a few friends and I are going to make (Two of them FAMOUS youtubers! briggsotisdallas and FuriousGentlemen, so it's VERY important I get this hexed.)

All I need is the file name "jessev92" in both Models and Materials to be "kiruclanz"
