How Do I Disable The Kill Notifications in the upper right hand corner?

Type in the Developer Console:

hud_deathnotice_time 0

If the game shows kill notes next time you start, I suggest making an autoexec.cfg (if one doesn't exist) in the [B]steamapps/username/gamename/game directory/cfg[/B] (in this case, [B]garrys mod/garrysmod[/B] and adding a hud_deathnotice_time 0. Hit Ctrl and S together to save!

That, I have no idea (unless you're some kind of "admin" that can execute the console command, I don't know how to send it to everyone however)
