Garrysmod Crashes Server/Singleplayer after 10-15 minutes

Not sure what the problem is here, but it's pretty annoying. I'll join a server and I'll have a momentary freeze, sometimes it'll pull through and continue, other times it'll just flop and die. I've tried a fresh install of garrysmod, deleted the entire content of the garrysmod folder and still there's no result. It's not a hardware issue as I'm playing most other games on high perfectly fine. It just seems to be garrysmod that's effected. Even tried a full re-install of Source to see if that cured the problem, still nothing there.

Any help would be awesome and greatly appreciated.

The reason why you momenarily freeze is because when you are retrieving server info. Your gmod will momentarily freeze before going to Sending Client Info...
It happens to me all the time.

It's not sending client info. It crashes when I'm in the server, I connect fine.
