I made a server and forwarded the ports 27015 and 27005
And added -ip (ip) in the start.bat and i get could not alloctate ip port( i use a lenovo thinkserver
Connected to my internet via enthernet)

Use another port? Make sure you give it proper IP address if you are using -ip command line command.
I am using my public ip
Try the internal one.
