Murder - Take away the ability to force a murderer

Hello,

If this is in the wrong section, I apologize.

I'm having a problem with one of my admins forcing themselves to be murder quite often. I would like to take away the ability to let them force murder upon themselves or anyone for that matter. If there a way to set it only to allow me to do this, or at least take it away from everyone?
