a few of my models i put on my server are in a weird T shape and im not sure why. ive had it happen before but not to like half my server models
all of the cripz and bloodz models are like it, and my pro thief model.

It's because you're using the ragdoll, instead of the appropriate playrmodel
Or on second thought, they are holding weapons correctly
its not the ragdolls. these are the player models
