Ok so if you watch the video below you will understand but basically the issue is :

1. Delayed Chat Bubble when typing...
2. Does not display who can hear you
This is not the chatbox addon as its the same with the default one. Please Help meh xD

You are using SChat. Please write an Ticket over at Scriptfodder.
Like i said the issue still proceeds with the default chatbox, it is not an addon issue.
