Cannot see/connect to servers

Hi,

I cannot see any server on any list, I have tried to connect to servers through friends, legacy browser and via IP join in console which also does not work.

I have un-installed, reinstalled the game, I have restarted both Steam and Laptop and nothing has working so far.

I am also getting the same issue with Rust, I have checked other steam games and they are fine.

any help would be great.
