Garry's Mod Linux Server refusing to give/spawn/create the Tool Gun

Hello, all.

I managed to get my server running on a Debian 6.0 x86_64 Box with 2GB RAM and a 4core3.4GHz CPU. Everything works fine except the Tool Gun. Some third-party tools work but the default tool gun is broken or something. Here's what I've done so far.

1) Re-downloaded all the server data and game data (3 times)
2) Uploaded my copies of the Sandbox gamemode because I noticed ~/srcds/orangebox/garrysmod/gamemodes/sandbox/entities/weapons/gmod_tool/stools/ was empty as well as ~/srcds/orangebox/garrysmod/gamemodes/sandbox/entities/weapons/gmod_camera/*.lua were all messed up.
3) Removed a few addons that may have caused it. (removed some old copy of PCMod 2 and a SVN copy of Wiremod I checked out a week ago)
4) Updated all the stuff in ~/srcds/orangebox/garrysmod (4 times)
Possible-5) I'm going to try uploading my entire steamapps/arghargh200/garrysmod/garrysmod folder and see what it does.

I've also applied the vehicles fix because I noticed that mine crashes upon vehicle spawning.

I'm also noticing an error when I try to 'give gmod_tool' to myself or anyone else. Here it is:

Attempted to create unknown entity type gmod_camera!
NULL Ent in GiveNamedItem!
