Data flood to my dedicated server, how to see IP adresses who are sending packets?

Hello,
I have a dedicated server.

The use of my bandwith is only 1% of 100mbps (it is unlimited too). But now it is 61% of 100mbps. I'm on Windows Server 2008.

Is there any software to monitor who is connected to my dedicated server or who is sending packets to it?

Please help me, I wanna know if there is a fucker who is trying to flood me...
