He's asking for TTT.
You need to add/edit these to your server config:
[CODE]ttt_haste 1
ttt_haste_starting_minutes 5
ttt_haste_minutes_per_death 0.5[/CODE]
If you want to make normal haste mode longer, you do it with the second line. For every death, the time is extended by 30 seconds (this goes into "Overtime").
