GMod server browser is messed up. It's like "Show Map List" with no option to disable it.

This is what my server browser looks like:

Note the messed up random text box at upper left, filter that doesn't work, etc.. it's like the server browser thinks it's in "Map List" mode but the UI thinks it's the normal server browser and doesn't give me an option to disable it.

Tried verifying integrity of game cache.

I see the "simplified map list" button is missing, have you tried running the game in a different resolution? All I know is resolutions LOVE fucking with the Source engine's menu interfaces
