I went around joining some HL2RP game servers, when after a few days this happened.

Does it happen in singleplayer?
Does it happen on every map?
Download speccy and post a screenshot
I am running a Mac, running Mac OS X Lion. Speccy is only for Windows. It happens on every map and server that I go on. I am 99% sure it is client side.
