• Troubles with walk and run speed

I find that my walking and run speeds are far too high since I tend to bounce off of hills and such when I run. Sadly, I cannot figure out the command for walk and run speeds and google has been no help. If you know the commands for altering the speeds of each I would be very appreciative.
Regular "hold W down" run shouldn't bounce you off small bumps but shift + w will do. If you want to walk slowly, hold down alt. not sure what the actual command for running is.
The speeds are set by the gamemode. You will need to use LUA to modify them. http://glua.me/search/?keywords=speed

I was hoping that I would be able to alter the speed of w + shift so that it was a bit slower. I guess I can just use w or alt when necessary. I guess I could attempt to do some lua for it or just keep the speeds that there are. Thank you for responding!
