• Material for compiled model not showing in game

Hello. I have recently started to compile my models from 3ds max and using them in Gmod. So far I've managed to get my model working in-game, but it doesn't seem to have any texture. I used VTFEditor to open the original texture (jpg) that I assigned to my model in 3ds Max, and saved it as a VTF-file in the directory I have specified in the QC file. When I open this VTF-file in notepad, this shows up: [IMG]http://i1164.photobucket.com/albums/q570/manimation/Gmod/Gmodpropmat.png[/IMG] Any suggestions?
