My TTT server is crashing everyone on it with "Too many indices for index buffer"

I own a TTT server and i crashed with the "Too many indices error" two times in a row, also a few other people on the server crashed as well. I'm not sure why it's happening, it's been going on for a while now. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Loserman778

Do you have lots of addons? It's likely a confliction and/or just a bad addon.
