unable to get beta key without the game - Help

Greetings, I am a person who wants to play this game sandbox someone sent me a link for a beta key for version 13, but received a message to me that I must have an account created and mentioned that I should have bought the game the problem is that I have not got the game and am interested in beta nothing left to have fun with my friends who already have the game (for reasons of location, money, and I not have a credit card and I can not buy it, and neither my friends these things) as I can get a key without the game?, thanks this is the message appear: [B]Error logging in[/B] You don't appear to own Garry's Mod

No you need the game to get a key, Just buy it on steam for $10. Garry isn't handing them out like Sweets, [b]You have to earn the key.[/b]

Been watching the key site, keep seeing new registered players, but never see any new keys added. How are people getting them? Hopefully the process doesn't involve virtual twitter handys.. :v:

That, or have bots stalking every aspect of communication/that scoop up said keys that end up being sold/traded/hoarded. Unfortunately the way the internet works(or doesn't work)
